Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Infojef website and the IT services offered: repair, sales, web development, AI expertise, data recovery, telephony and IT support.

Diagnostics and quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation, unless stated otherwise. Any repair or intervention is carried out only after your explicit approval of the quote.

Repairs carried out by Infojef are covered by a warranty on parts and labor, whose duration is specified on your invoice or quote.

Infojef cannot be held liable for data loss occurring during a repair; we strongly recommend backing up your data beforehand. Infojef's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Mulhouse courts.
